Outstanding Patio Installation by Karl!

We are absolutely thrilled with the new patio Karl and his team built for us. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and exceeded our expectations in every way.

We hired Karl to lay a large porcelain patio area, including complex cuts around some steps and a tricky drainage solution. Karl’s expertise was immediately apparent during the initial consultation; he offered insightful suggestions that improved both the design and the long-term practicality of the area.

Throughout the project, communication was excellent. Karl kept us informed of the schedule, arrived punctually every day, and maintained an incredibly tidy and organised workspace, minimising the disruption to our garden.

The quality of the craftsmanship is truly fantastic. The paving is perfectly level, the grouting is immaculate, and the attention to detail is evident in every single corner. It's clear that Karl takes immense pride in his work.

We would happily recommend Karl without any hesitation for any patio or hardscaping project. If we have any future outdoor construction needs, he will be the first person we call. Thank you, Karl, for giving us a beautiful, high-quality outdoor living space that we will enjoy for years to come!

Professional. Karlis and his team did a great job replacing our horrible old broken up drive. No puddles, and no uneven surface. Neighbours and friends all say how good it is and how it enhances the property as well as being so much more usable.

Absolutely recommend Karl & team. Our drive way looks stunning, complements the house, and has added real kerb appeal. Our old tarmac driveway would pool water, after a heavy downpour puddles would be left which would have to be walked through to access the car. The team have done an excellent job, no more puddles - just proper water run off due to the resin & the work the guys did to ensure proper groundwork’s completed. Whilst they were here we asked for a couple of extra jobs, and nothing was too much. Karl talked through the work, timescales & gave ideas for a couple of areas were weren’t sure what to do with. Top notch finishing touches like the cobbles edgings which again complement the house.

Replacing a paved patio and path area with bound resin. Karl arranged to come and give a quote. Came when he said. Gave good advice and said what would need doing and when it could be done.
Quote was competetive. When the time came the guys turned up when they said they would and cracked on with the work. Good workers and respectful of property and person. Kept us updated as to what was happening. All was done as they had said it would be and they did a really good job. We were very pleased with the finished result and would recommend them to anyone. Will probably have them back to replace our ageing decking in bound resin.

Excellent work from the team, we couldn’t be happier with the work they have done for us and we would highly recommend EPR Driveways. They went over and above with their work and gave suggestions to enhance our ideas, we are so pleased with how our garden is now looking.
